Our Standard Pool Clean Service Includes:-

Water testing: Our professional titration pool testing equipment goes through constant scrutiny which allows us to analyse key water quality parameters such as pH, free chlorine levels, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, and more. Accurate testing is the foundation of a professionally balanced pool.

Chemical adjustment: Based on the test results, our technicians will meticulously adjust the pool’s chemical levels to ensure they fall within the recommended ranges. This step is vital for preventing algae growth, maintaining water clarity, and avoiding skin and eye irritations.

Broom the waterline: Brooming the waterline is sometimes forgotten.  but regular brooming of the waterline helps reduce scum lines ans blackspot algae forming.  The waterline is a hard to clean section of the pool and will often lead to extra cleaning charges in the future if left un maintained on a regular basis (minimum 4 weekly).

Scooping the pool surface: When cleaning you pool it’s vital to remove insects, leaf debris and dust particled from the pool surface.  This same debris can build up on the pools tile band or waterline which usually acts as a catalyst to black spot algae as well as.  Swimming with debris on the pool surface can be dangerouse to kids and adults alike as dead insects, algae spores and leaf debris can be ingested during swimming if note removed frequently.

Brushing the walls: Brushing the walls is the most overlooked part of a pool clean service.  Brushing the walls is usualy the last of the pool cleaning tasks performed as it helps remove stubborn debris and dirt from the pool wall and floor which allows the pool filter or pool cleaner remove it from the water.

Pool equipment once over: Maintaining your pool equipment is super important wen it comes to pool healt so not only do we clean your pump and skimmer baskets we also clean your filter and salt cell where required.  We also check to make sure your system is set up to succeed as well as functioning at optimum efficiency.

Terms and Conditions

• • This service is initiated with a $110 Onsite inspection of equipment and initial pool clean.
  • All chemicals required for the job will be itemised and invoiced as an additional charge.
  • Customer to supply suitable access to the property for the service to be performed on a regular basis (eg. Key on file).
  • Quotation of any equipment requiring repair or replacement will be always be quoted prior to completion.
  • Advertised prices are for pools with water volume no larger than 60,000lts (Pricing for larger pools available on request).
  • 7 day account for all regular customers who have filled out a credit application for account.
  • Credit card on file required for all casual service customers and non account regular service customers.
  • Credit card number on file will be processed after the job has been completed (prior payment processing notification available).
  • If access is unattainable at time of service a no access fee of $55 including GST will be charged if we are unable to complete the sevice.  (We will wait for up to 15mins for access before charging this fee).
  • A late scheduled visit cancelletion fee of $38.50 inclusive of GST will be charged if scheduled regular visit is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled date.
  • Cancel this service at any time for no charge  (**a $79 Fee applies to any regular service cancelled within 48 hours of next schedules service**).
