Starting from September the 1st Platinum Pool Care are offering our professional 4 weekly regular pool cleaning service for the price of our weekly service!  That’s right, sign up for one of our 4 weekly regular poll services and get the first three months at the weekly price! 

How does it work? Well it’s simple when you book in any of our 4 weekly pool services whether it’s a regular Salt Pool, Mineral pool or Freshwater pool service we will lock in the weekly service rate for the first 3 visits. 

• Offer is valid from the 1.9.2024 – 30.9.2024
• all qualifying regular pool services are to be scheduled in by C.O.B on 30.9.2024.
• all scheduled season startup pool clean services will automatically revert to our general regular pool cleaning prices for the fourth regular visit from initial job booking. 
• All regular salt, mineral and freshwater pool clean services are initiated with a $99.00 onsite inspection of equipment and initial Platinum Pool Clean Service.
• All chemicals required for the job will be itemised and invoiced as an additional charge.
• Customer to supply suitable access to the property for the service to be performed on a regular basis (eg. Key on file).
• Quotation of any equipment requiring repair or replacement will be always be quoted prior to completion.
• Advertised prices are for pools with water volume no larger than 60,000lts (Pricing for larger pools available on request).
• 7 day account for all approved regular service customers who have filled out a credit application for account.
• Credit card on file required for all casual service customers and non account regular service customers.
• All credit card details are kept in a secure online portal provided by our bank. 
• Credit card number on file will be processed after the job has been completed (prior payment processing notification available).
• If access is unattainable at time of service a no access fee of $55 including GST may be charged if we are unable to complete the sevice. (We will wait for up to 15mins for access before charging this fee).
• A late scheduled visit cancelletion fee of $49.00 inclusive of GST will be charged if scheduled regular visit is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled date unlesss rescheduled to be done within the same week.
• All rescheduled jobs will maintain the previous regular schedule which was locked in via to the rescheduled visit. 
• Cancel this service at any time for no charge (**a $99 Fee applies to any regular service cancelled within 48 hours of next scheduled service**).
