No Chlorine in your pool?  Just because your pool has no chlorine it doesn’t mean your chlorinator is not working.  This is usually presumed by under qualified retail staff with limited training and experience.

There are many reasons why there may be no chlorine in your pool including:-

Improper water chemistry (Eg. stabiliser in the water during summer or High phosphate levels).
Lack of pool equipment maintenance ( Low water flow causing your flow sensor to disengage and shut your chlorine production down).
